Qigong Class Instruction (50 Minutes)

Gentle movements bringing the body into balance, meditation, self massage, stretching and strengthening. Anyone can do this practice, no experience needed.

Reiki Session/Full Spectrum Energy (50 Minutes)

Gentle, hands on practice while client is fully clothed and resting on massage table in safe, calming  environment.  Reiki/Full Spectrum Energy helps to balance energy and promotes calm and wellbeing.

Thai Foot Reflexology (55 Minutes) $80
